Shipping & Returns

 

You can return any unwanted item within 14 days of the invoice date, unused and in its original condition for a refund of that item. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.

To return an unwanted item, simply return the item with your completed returns form by post:

Take your parcel to any post office with an address label covering the original delivery information and your completed returns form enclosed inside. Always ask for proof of posting to ensure a full refund, even if your parcel gets lost. Postage costs will not be refunded.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Please allow up to 21 days for returns to be processed.

Delivery and Returns Legal Statement – Please read carefully

Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 14 days from the day after receipt of your order by post to Infinity Potato, 2/2 54 Deanston Drive, Shawlands, Glasgow, G41 3AL or by email to craig@infinitypotato.co.uk. Returning any item within 28 days will also be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

On receipt of the goods, Infinity Potato will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange as required. If you return goods on which you have received a discount or offer, that discount or offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount or offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Infinity Potato and you requires that you return the goods to Infinity Potato on cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Missed Parcels

Any items not delivered due to recipient not being home will be returned to the depot after the second attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to us and we will issue a full refund MINUS the postal charges. We advise customers to select an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work).
